Once one or many records have been downloaded you can easily export them to Microsoft Excel. The first step is to click on the “Save to Workbook” button on the main toolbar.

A dialog box like the one below will pop up. This allows you to specify some parameters for the Excel spreadsheet including the filename and path, worksheet name, the first data column and row, and it lets you specify if you want the serial number and tag fields to be included. Once you are happy click the “Export” (or “Export & Open”) button. The excel file will then be written to disk.

If “Export & Open” was clicked this will automatically open Excel for you to view your data.
